Thursday: GOD IS AT WORK IN MY LIFE

Psalm 111

Praise the Lord! I will praise the Lord with my whole heart, In the assembly of the upright and the congregation. The works of the Lord are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them.  His work is honorable and glorious, and His righteousness endures forever. He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and full of compassion. He has given food to those who fear Him; He will ever be mindful of His covenant. He has declared to His people the power of His works, in giving them the heritage of the nations.  The works of His hands are truth and justice; all His precepts are sure.

They stand fast forever and ever and are done in truth and uprightness. He has sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever: Holy and awesome is His name. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever.

Today I will let my whole heart show to everyone around me. No need to hide the works of the Lord and how He is at work in my life. I will study His works, so I can have pleasure in them.

The work of the Lord is honorable and glorious, and His righteousness endures forever. He has made His work; I will remember and marvel at it all—He showers me with His grace and compassion.

He gives spiritual food to those who fear Him; He promises to feed those who are hungry for His Word. He tells me the power of His works, so I can proclaim His great works as His heritage to the nations.

THINK ABOUT THESE THINGS

The Lord declares His works are true and just and will stand fast forever. Through His grace, He has sent redemption to His people. His covenant remains forever, and His praise endures forever.

I can’t help but thank God for His awesome work! Without it, I am lost forever. With it, I am blessed eternally. By looking up to Him, He gives me wisdom and understanding. By loving Him with my whole heart, I receive life everlasting. God’s work in my life is powerful and eternal. I am so blessed He has done His work for me!

Lord, without You, I would be nothing. Thank You for Your wonderful work You have done, the work You continue to do, and for all the work You are about to do in my life. Amen.
